very good and quiet location in Prags downtown. you can get to the old historical downtown middle just by crossing the street and taking the trolley only four stations away. the breakfast buffet is very good. the receptionist on the front desk was very kind and helpful.
the beds were a little too soft for me...

clean and stylish decor, attractive terrace, cozy bar area
No tea tray available in the room!!! It's unacceptable not to have a simple notice for air conditioning instructions!!! The small room left little intimacy in the bathroom!!! Better toiletries would enhance the stay!!!

the staff that we spoke to, i'd say 3 out of the 5 were very helpful and there english was good the other 2 there english wasnt so good but i think in there way there were being polite, but yet not the worst i have encounted. the rooms were nicely decorated and looked after very clean through out and the bathroom as well. all in all for what we spent i was pleased with what i got and not at all dissapointed.
just a couple of lil things the rooms were very hot even when the window was left open every night, would be good if they offered some more english channels on the tv, instead of just the news. and the walls were very thin could hear all the other guests when they got back to there rooms or left there rooms. and the

A bloodstained sheet? Talk about setting the mood. And don't even get me started on the chaotic breakfast-i expected room service, honestly. And why didn't anyone offer me a welcome gift as a courtesy? Too much to ask for, i guess. I almost thought about leaving a good review, but just couldn't.

Cozy vibes with lovely views
Waking up to the aroma of fresh coffee was a treat. The rooftop garden offered a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The staff was genuinely friendly.
The room was a bit too warm for comfort. The AC wasn't operational . The view from the window couldn't totally distract from this drawback.

Breakfast was ok. The location is good.
The rooms were cold and the staff did not want to do anything about this. The parking is to expensive. The rooms may be more clean. No smoking rooms.

The vibrant design and friendly staff create a cute atmosphere. Spacious rooms and a great location near parks make it ideal for families.
The lack of adequate storage options in the room can be frustrating when unpacking.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the Incheba Exhibition Center.
The staff was unhelpful, unhappy, little to no training in customer service. As a visitor from a foreign country I did not feel welcome at this hotel. When we asked the front desk staff for a reccomendation for a restaurant or night life. They gave no suggestions. When asking for a taxi they have an exclusive contract with 1 taxi service which is a total rip-off from just walking down the hill and flagging a taxi on the street. If you went with the hotel taxi service you will pay 2 times what you should. The breakfast was free thank goodness but was not very good.

The room was always nice and clean so thanks to the cleaning ladies.
The breakfast was in a big room that was not cosy at all and the staff were not very friendly and they did not pay much attention if coffee or other things where missing. The food was though ok.
